Pad printing
Pad printing is the most common method of printing of smaller products. Nearly all types of material can be printed excludes silicon and rubber ones or high polished products. To assure long durability for such material is necessary to use special color.
Using pad printing is possible to print directly any bulging, hollow, cylindrical or straight products. This is accomplished using an indirect offset gravure printing process that involves an image being transferred from the cliché via a silicone pad onto a substrate.
Thermal transfer printing
Thermal transfer printing enable to make on the products shiny metallic surfaces, which impart them unique and attractive appearance. The color of the film can be whatever you need – shiny or matte, mostly is used gold or silver.
Thermal transfer printing is a process in which material is applied to a product by melting a coating of ribbon heated under 100°C so that it stays glued to the material on which the print is applied. Using this method is possible to create any sign, logo, picture of 60 mm wide.
